Leadership Challenge

If you are anything like me, I can get excited over anything that appears God is blessing.  Not a problem if it stops there with enthusiasm and support however if it dips into longing to share in the same experience I think it can become shady.  When God gives a vision to someone it is to be cherished and protected as it will surely be the target of spiritual attack.  I would venture to say that any gift given by God will experience some level of struggle and the greater potential for impact the greater the levels of attack.  In my opinion, a God-given vision for life and ministry would qualify in being placed under "intense attack".  It has been well said that, "good will always be the enemy of God's best".  In this example, God's best is reflected in His vision for you and me.  Therefore, don't cheat on your vision!  Just as in marriage there will be competitors for your attention and affection.  Don't give in because the more pure the vision the greater the impact!  What vision has God written on your heart?  Share it in the comment box...
