Economy not exams stressing out students




58% of teens (12-17 year olds) polled are worried themselves with how the economy will impact them. In an interesting article on ABC.com there are polling results about the effects of the economic downturn on the American family. Important time for parents to lead their families into remembering what is important and valuing the things that are consistent and dependable.

Cokesbury Wedding Shower







Cokesbury United Methodist Church, where my dad is the pastor, gave Brittni and I such a special wedding shower on Sunday.  The "Friends" Sunday School class organized the event in their beautiful fellowship hall and so many people came to share with us their love and best wedding wishes.  In addition to the people of Cokesbury, my Mema, aunts, and cousins made the 1+ hour trip to celebrate with us.  We were blown away by their generosity and here are some action shots...
